Configure your bot's settings for style, integrations, voice, and more to customize its behavior and appearance.

Style​

Configure the visual appearance of your bot:

  • Bot Name: Specify the name of your bot.
  • Tagline: Add a brief tagline that describes your bot's purpose.
  • Color: Choose a color scheme that represents your bot's brand.

Integrations​

Integrate your bot into your own application using these settings:

  • Context Window: Set the maximum number of tokens allowed to process a query. A larger window can improve AI response quality.
  • Chat Model: Select the chat model best suited for your needs. Note that charges may apply based on the selected model.
  • Bot ID: Enter the ID of the bot you wish to integrate with your application.
  • API Key: Provide the API key for making API calls to the Botworx server.
  • Embed Code: Generate and copy the embed code to integrate the bot into your website or application.

Others​

Additional settings for contact and scheduling:

  • Phone: Enter a contact phone number.
  • Email: Provide an email address for inquiries.
  • Tooltip: Customize tooltips or additional information for users.
  • Schedule Link: Link to scheduling tools or calendars for appointments.

Voice​

Configure voice settings using Eleven Labs for audio responses:

  • Eleven Labs API Key: Enter your Eleven Labs API key to access voice responses.
  • Default Voice: Select the default voice for the bot's audio responses.
  • Save Settings: Save your configuration to apply changes.

Voice Settings Example​

  1. Enter API Key: Input your Eleven Labs API key and save it.
  2. Select Default Voice: Choose a voice from your Eleven Labs account.
  3. Save Settings: Click save to apply voice settings to your bot.

By customizing these settings, you can tailor your bot's appearance, functionality, and voice to better suit your application's needs.
