Test Your Bot

Testing your bot is a crucial step to ensure it works as expected. You can test your bot by interacting through the chatbox window. The chatbot window has several features to enhance your testing experience.

Chatbox Features

Enable Voice Chat

If voice settings are configured in the Settings tab, the bot will respond through audio using the selected voice. Here's how to enable and use voice chat:

  1. Configure Voice Settings:

    • Navigate to the Settings tab.
    • Select and configure the desired voice for your bot.
  2. Enable Voice Chat:

    • In the chatbox window, click on the microphone icon to start a voice conversation.
    • Speak into your device's microphone, and the bot will respond in the selected voice.

Request for Images

If images are uploaded in the Images tab, the bot can respond with pictures when requested. Follow these steps to use this feature:

  1. Upload Images:

    • Navigate to the Images tab.
    • Upload the images that the bot will use in responses.
  2. Request Images:

    • In the chatbox window, type a request for an image (e.g., "Show me a picture of you.").
    • The bot will respond with one of the uploaded images. Note that only one image will be returned per request.
Note

A single image will be returned once per user.

Interacting with Your Bot

The chatbot allows you to interact with your created bot through various methods:

  • Text: Type messages in the chatbox to converse with your bot.
  • Voice: Click on the microphone icon to send a recorded voice message. Ensure that voice settings are configured.
  • Images: Request images by typing your request, and the bot will respond with relevant pictures if available.

Example Interactions

Text Interaction

  1. Open the chatbox window.
  2. Type a message, such as "Hello, bot!".
  3. The bot will respond with a text message.

Voice Interaction

  1. Ensure voice settings are configured in the Settings tab.
  2. Click the microphone icon in the chatbox window.
  3. Speak your message (e.g., "What's the weather today?").
  4. The bot will respond with an audio message.

Image Interaction

  1. Ensure images are uploaded in the Images tab.
  2. Type a request for an image, such as "Show me a picture of yourself.".
  3. The bot will respond with an image if available.

Testing your bot through these interactions ensures that all features are working correctly and provides a comprehensive way to evaluate the bot's performance. Happy testing!
