The Knowledge Tab is where you train your bot with the information it needs to respond accurately and effectively. This section is divided into several sub-tabs: Manually, Files, URL, and Google Suite.

Manually

  • Long-term Memory Storage: Information provided here is stored in your database as part of the bot's long-term memory.
  • Knowledge Input: Specify the knowledge your bot should have to answer user messages effectively. You can provide specific domains of conversation, FAQs, and other relevant information.

Files

  • Upload Files: Upload documents that the bot will use as part of its long short-term memory. Accepted file formats include PDFs, Word documents, and text files.
  • Usage: This is useful for providing detailed information, user manuals, and other reference materials.

URL

  • Website Scraping: Provide URLs of websites from which the bot can scrape information. This data will be fed into the bot’s long short-term memory.
  • Dynamic Updates: Ideal for websites with frequently updated content, ensuring your bot has the latest information.

Google Suite

  • Integration with Google Suite: Link your Google Sheets, Documents, and CSV files to the bot. This allows the bot to access and utilize information stored in your Google Drive.
